Responsibilities

  • Our Customer Success teams have are on a mission to provide products, services, and data that help teams achieve their strategic objectives, perfect their craft and shape the future.  As a part of this mission, we strive to collaborate with people all over the world through experiments, feedback and building relationships.
  • As a part of that team, you will create, test and validate product assumptions that will lead to the long-term success of our employees, our customers, and company. 
  • Ensure customer success through the holistic provision of support services.
  • Provide teams with insights that enable them to establish and maintain a competitive advantage.
  • We are looking for self-motivated people who are passionate about customer success and experience. You should have experience working within a highly agile environment, partnering with internal and external collaborators and building personal relationships with the customer.
  • Own the definition and delivery of products that fit customer needs
  • Define, prioritise and deliver on a vision, strategy and roadmap for your product
  • Delivery of the projects & sprints on your product's roadmap
  • Set and measure KPIs that drive key product and business decisions forward
  • Collaborate and lead multidisciplinary teams to scope, design, test and deliver services their customers and colleagues love
  • Deeply understand customers' needs and gather requirements
  • Foster a culture of data-driven validated learning across all functions
  • Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide digital product knowledge and insight for colleagues across our business
  • Providing direction for the development team and stakeholders
  • Help to support and guide throughout the product life-cycle through design & development through to the end of the project
  • Backlog management
  • Iteration planning
  • Preparing, reviewing and distributing feedback for stakeholders when required

Required

  • A history of building multiple cool things.
  • - Minimum of 3 years experience of performing in a Product Owner role across a range of products
  • - Excellent stakeholder management skills: communicating clearly and influencing a broad cross-section of stakeholders
  • - Customer-focused, goal-driven, self-starter who relishes a challenge and working in ambiguity
  • - High levels of enthusiasm for - and experience in - customer experience design-led, strategic development of digital products and services
  • - Hands-on with a passion to learn through low cost, low-risk experimentation to test and shape innovative ideas with customers
  • - Commercially minded - ensure the product will ultimately be able to scale to deliver value for the business
  • - Demonstrable experience of driving P&L uplift through the introduction of new digital products and services
  • - Great organisation and prioritisation skills
