Responsibilities

  • Our Customer Success teams have are on a mission to provide products, services, and data that help teams achieve their strategic objectives, perfect their craft and shape the future.  As a part of this mission, we strive to collaborate with people all over the world through experiments, feedback and building relationships.
  • As a part of that team, you will create, test and validate product assumptions that will lead to the long-term success of our employees, our customers, and company. 
  • Ensure customer success through the holistic provision of support services.
  • Provide teams with insights that enable them to establish and maintain a competitive advantage.
  • We are looking for self-motivated people who are passionate about customer success and experience. You should have experience working within a highly agile environment, partnering with internal and external collaborators and building personal relationships with the customer.
  • Develop a world-class Agile develivery capability of policies, methods, processes, documentation, templates etc. Champion, govern, scale, and measure the success of agile operating models.
  • Provide leadership to executives, managers, leaders and teams whilst training them to understand new concepts, provide orientation and overview training.
  • Establish lean-agile centre of excellence (LACE), SPCs assist the LACE with building and executing the transformation backlog.
  • Be responsible for IT projects with regards to agile methodologies, best practice and governance (Agile, PRINCE 2, MSP, JIRA and Sprint).
  • Plan and execute the delivery of Agile IT projects required to support the businesses strategic direction and decisions.
  • Work closely with project sponsors to identify business requirements, develop business cases and manage project development and delivery.

Required

  • A history of building multiple cool things.
  • Strong practical knowledge of how Agile principles can be applied to provide solutions to deliver world-leading products and services
  • Development and support of complex Agile systems working in a high growth start-up
  • Expert knowledge of Agile and lean methods and be framework agnostic - Kanban, lean/Scrum/DevOps/Continuous Delivery/SAFe, LESS Spotify etc.
  • Servant Leadership including how to foster Servant Leadership
  • Substantial experience in building out innovative data, analytics and technology strategies and their links to business strategies
  • Excellent understanding of IT data architectures, infrastructures and supported business processes with the ability to interpret these into innovative system solutions and controls to meet business needs
  • Strong experience of coaching and developing Executives on their journey toward agility
