Responsibilities

  • Our Customer Success teams have are on a mission to provide products, services, and data that help teams achieve their strategic objectives, perfect their craft and shape the future.  As a part of this mission, we strive to collaborate with people all over the world through experiments, feedback and building relationships.
  • As a part of that team, you will create, test and validate product assumptions that will lead to the long-term success of our employees, our customers, and company. 
  • Ensure customer success through the holistic provision of support services.
  • Provide teams with insights that enable them to establish and maintain a competitive advantage.
  • We are looking for self-motivated people who are passionate about customer success and sales. You should have experience working within a highly agile environment, partnering with internal and external collaborators and building personal relationships with the customer.
  • Develop a comprehensive requirements specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resources to deploy solutions
  • Liaise with the service development team to suggest a high level functional solution
  • Ensure implemented solutions are according to specifications and fit for purpose.
  • Support super user training
  • Keep abreast with internal IT systems and documentation requirements, standards (including quality management and IT security)
  • Keep abreast with industry best practices in leveraging technologies for the business and with regulatory environments/requirements if applicable.
  • Building a sales pipeline
  • Setting up a sales process
  • Experience and Background in B2B SAAS
  • Strategic account planning;
  • Customer Relationships & Satisfaction;
  • Bid / Tender Management;
  • Product & Sales Expert.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, presentation and writing skill
  • Highly dependable, outstanding attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
  • Ability to work with others in a high paced, fluid, multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary team
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all management levels

Required

  • A history of selling multiple cool things.
  • 5+ years’ Sales experience – Account Manager/Sales Exec (Cloud Solutions & Services)
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, including CxO level engagements
  • New Business skills “hunter mentality”
  • Meeting & exceeding sales targets;
  • Experience of selling to international clients;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, influencing & negotiating;
  • Great selling techniques;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to provide accurate cost models & achieve margin targets;
  • Great attention to detail.
